Let’s end this year with coming together, to reflect, be, play, enjoy and bring aliveness into our system for those special last days of the year. We will spend time in a wonderful traditional Swiss house in the biosphere of Entlebuch. Our wonderful hosts, Monica and Schang will be lovingly taking care of us in their home and blessing us with delicious Ayurvedic meals for happy bellies. Coming together in this time is very precious, as we can consciously transform the old and focus on new intentions.

This retreat shall be a journey from our hearts to yours, a space for ceremony and celebration, a play ground where we invite you to loose control, to be spontaneous and open, a space of no concepts, an energy field for grounding and for flying high and going deep into your own magic.

We will share many different practices with you, with the intentions to drop from the head into the heart.

ALIVENESS & GRATITUDE are our key words throughout this journey, becoming alive, feeling ourselfs fully, exploring curiously and practicing gratitude to our lifes, to our gifts and to our beautiful mother earth.

We integrate all 4 elements into this retreat.

Earth
Through daily morning yoga and meditation classes you have the chance to nourish your body and mind, to awaken the cells and bring more live energy (prana) though your system. We will integrate the beautiful nature surroundings, with going on walks in this stunning area, exploring rhythm in nature and playing with all nature elements, f.e. as creating a mandala together.
And of course not to forget the yummy ayurvedic food. The Cacao will help us with its beautiful components of the Anandamin to come into a heart space.

Fire
There will be a fire ritual for the new years night, to transform and cleanse/ detox and the amazing sauna (optional)

Water
Playfulness & Flow is something so important. We many times forget to be playful, so we invite all beings to bring in games, instruments, laughter and joy. We will create the flow and space for some creations to happen.

Air
Being in this area, we will be able to enjoy nice crispy winter air and on the last day of the year, we will include breathwork, a powerful tool to release and transform old pattern and beliefs, to bring in more aliveness. Also trhoughout all these days we practice deep listening.

We, Mela & Miguel are combining our favorite work, the best of our gifts, lifting each other up.
Together we empower each other and hold a beautiful space for us to become more alive and to share gratitude.

Escholzmatt in the «Wild West of Lucerne» is a part of Switzerland’s first UNESCO biosphere reserve. The Entlebuch biosphere encompasses precious moorland with rare fauna and flora considered of international importance. Beautiful water meadows lie alongside the Kleinen Emme. The Escholzmatt municipal district extends to the Schrattenfluh, one of the most impressive karst landscapes in the pre-Alpine region.

The house (Galleli) is a tipical swiss house, beautifully renovated. It has 2 yurts, one for guests or workshops and 1 yurt sauna.

For sleeping there are 2 dorms with each 8 beds.  The second yurt can be used as a bed room. We can host max 18 people.

 

How to get here:

From Lucerne, it is a 40min train ride to Eschholzmatt. From the local trainstain a 8min walk to the house.

We love food and we love you, having a conscious and sattvic diet is important for us, as food shall be nourishing and healthy. So we are super happy to have Monika and Schang who will be cooking delicious vegan ayurvedic meals for us, with gluten free options.

Our workshops offer high-quality material and are facilitated by international teachers. Our teachers bring variety and a background of many years of working with people. This retreat is suitable for beginners in yoga  and also helps to develop advanced practitioners.

We will create a sense of being at home and being held in a sacred space to allow transformation to happen.

The full retreat fee in a 8 Bed- Dorm is:  580 Chf

This includes, accomodation, ayurvedic food, sauna and all the classes.

We will have limited space to just come for 1 Night 31th/1st. (breathwork, ayurvedic dinner, evening celebration, fire ritual and cacao ceremony, a bed in a 8-bed-dorm, breakfast, morning yoga and closing ceremony) for 190.- Chf.

About this retreat:

We want you to feel safe and at home, to be able to try something new and explore the depth of the healing energy through breath, sound and movement.

We have created a beautiful program that allows you to explore different energies such as; gaining knowledge and understanding about the importance of our inner Chakra system. When we understand our energy levels and the functions of the different chakras, our mind can relax and we can drop deeper into the state of being.

Breath is our life energy, our prana, it nourishes our cells everyday, it keeps us alive. In this retreat you will explore different ways of how to use breathwork to become more present in the body and therefore in life. In the mornings we will integrate breathing techniques into the Meditation and Yoga practises, which are suitable for beginners and advanced practicioners.

Breathwork enables us to go deeper into our inner being. In Breathwork Ceremonies we can learn how to free ourselves from old beliefs, overcome birth traumas, learn more about our own personal law and become more conscious and alive with our breath. We integrate the power of affirmations, the 5 emotions and various practical exercises to deepen the connection to ourselves and others.

You will leave with simple tools which allow you to connect with your true self, bringing you into a deeper state of happiness.

The power of vibration and the power of sound are integral vitality tools that we will share with you. We are vibration and we are sound. How do you feel when you listen to the ocean, to the birds, to the wind or when you hear a baby cry? Do you remember that special song, that made your heart smile? Together we will explore the science of sound and in turn discover much more about ourselves.

On this retreat you will have the chance to sing, to explore sound, to find the magic of the healing powers of music. You don’t have to be a singer or need any experience. Simply come with open ears and an open heart willing to play and explore the power of sound!

We also want to celebrate with you. We all naturally contribute to this beautiful coming together in nature, something which is definitely worth celebrating! There will be time to relax by the pool, nourish our bodies with amazing food and dance into ecstasy with heart touching music. On fullmoon we’ll gather for a beautiful cacao ceremony.

We do not serve any alcohol and also ask you to be free of alcohol and drugs for your stay with us.

This retreat is suitable for beginners in yoga and healing work and also helps to develop advanced practitioners.

We focus on the breath, on the breath and on the breath. In yoga, pranayama, breathwork and singing. We breathe every day and most of the time we are not aware of it. As we are in a stunning place in the middle of the nature, this helps us to go deep and connect with our true being.

Kundalini Yoga is a form of traditional Hatha Yoga. It is a Yoga practice with the use of the breath, some-times we hold the breath in different postures and that creates a lot of energy. We use Bhandas (locks) that bring a lot of benefits, and help us to move stagnant energy in the body. Kundalini yoga is mainly used to awaken an energy inside of us, the clear energy channels and brings us out of the mind into a state of meditation. It is not a stretchy dynamic class or very physical, even though the physical body will also benefit of the practices.

May is the best time of the year to travel to this area, it is spring time, it is a sunny area. The days are warm (25 degrees) and we have a beautiful garden to hang out and have a dip in the pool. The night may still be a bit chilly.
