Hurray, Relax.Play.Yoga spends the winter in the Alps in Switzerland!

Wir freuen uns riesig für die Monate Dezember und Januar im Center da Bainesser unsere schönen Angebote machen zu dürfen.

Es gibt viel zu entdecken und wir wollen das mit dir teilen. Neben regulären Klassen, wie Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga und Meditationen haben wir auch tolle Tagesworkshops, für gross und klein, sowie natürliche unsere Weekend Yoga Specials.

Und vielleicht reizt es dich ja das Neujahr mal anders zu erleben, in die Stille zu gehen und freudig rein zu tanzen? In Retreat form oder einfach nur zum Tanz. Alles ist möglich!

A friend told me about this retreat. I was curious about learning something new and to discover a region I have never been to (Alpujarras). For me as a yoga beginner, it was a perfect opportunity to discover a lot about myself and my physical conditions. The teachers supported the class members on their individual levels. Mela teaches very effective yoga classes on a level that is pleasant and relaxed and even has a sense of humor. The true pursuit of yoga is not for the faint of heart. In Mela Mariposa, whose gorgeous acquaintance I was fortunate enough to make on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand, you will find the heart of a tiger, a peaceful warrior and a true teacher of light. Despite my brief time in her company and under her instruction, her countenance and energy left a lasting impression on me. Our modern world of yoga is permeated by a very particular type of falsity and I am not easily impressed by your average yoga instructor. Mela Mariposa is the founder of Relax.Play.Yoga. She has taught retreats, trainings, workshops and classes in Switzerland, Spain, India, Bali and Thailand. She has many years of experience in working with people and holding space for healing work. As a nurse she understands the importance of creating a sacred space and helping energy to move.
